[jopr-dev] release dates / releases

Yea, I mentioned on the call last week that I wanted to put out 
a beta as soon as I got the last of the tree implementation in.

Well, its in... so I'm ready to do a beta at any point.

I figure we'll GA sometime near the end of March for the 
community release.
