[rules-users] Rules categorization/packages

Ok I tried again.  :(

In Equipment I only see manufacturer
 In EquipmentCA I also only see manufacturer
In Software I do not see anything.

It contains many more classes

Not sure what I am breaking.. but if you want I can send you my model files
to you (in case you want to try). Do not want to post it on alias
