[rules-users] Drools 5.4.0 Final library problem

And just for the sake of documentation I created  a user library location,
added the eclipse jars that it was complaining about into that library,
added that to the project, and ran "clean" on the app from the run drop
down.  Everything seems fine now.  Also changed the compiler to 1.6 rather
than 1.4.
