[rules-users] kie workbench unable to authenticate

Valve is in place
grep org.apache.catalina.valves.AccessLogValve conf/server.xml
<Valve className="org.apache.catalina.valves.AccessLogValve"
directory="logs"
I do not see the a security section exists in the web.xml. Please tell
me what I am missing.
