When hornetQ hot redeploys, it causes the JbpmService to stop and start again.
JbpmService calls JbpmConfiguration.close(), which according to Marco is a irreversible
action. In order that we can recover from the HornetQ hot redeploy - or from a simple
start/stop on the JbpmService MBean, we should not be calling JbpmConfiguration.close()
from JbpmService.stopService().
JbpmService should not call JbpmConfiguration.close
