I suspect I have already addressed the issue but the only way we can know for certain will
be if we know what you were seeing.

It is possible to delete process instance from GUI. The CallbackCOmmand should cope with
this situation by logging the problem and put the message to DLQ. Now only NPE is thrown.
The same probably applies for tokens.
