Fixed. There was a a bug re how the JobDetails were being specified - I had the jobName
and jobGroupName backways, which meant that the deleteJob was failing. Duh!

After starting JBoss, Redeliver Service works. Then I deploy any esb project (for example
quickstart helloworld), Redeliver Service still works. But when I undeploy this project,
RedeliverService stops, RedeliverMessageAction is never called again.
