Hmmm... the plot thickens. I didn't at first see the use of ServerConfig in
H2Database.startRemoteDatabase(), but looking at the Call Heirarchy, it does call
checkDataDir(), which calls getDataDir(), which indeed uses ServerConfig. Time to open
the debugger...
