I was not aware of the XMLHelper class until now. I added it because I noticed people were
comparing Strings containing xml. This was fragile but if this XMLHelper does all that
XmlUnit can then that is fine with me.

XMLUnit has been introduced, even though we already have other means of checking XML, and
is now leaked into the core codebase through ESBContractGenerator.
We need to remove this dependency.
