When these tests run the date "Wed Nov 15 13:45:28 EST 2006" is transformed as
11-16-06 and hence comparison fails.
QS tests TransformEDI2XMLGroovyXSLTTest and TransformXML2PojoTest
fail when executed in Asian country locale
