We have so many of these types of classes, many of which even do the same (or similar)
things. It is easy to get lost with what is there.

XMLUnit has been introduced, even though we already have other means of checking XML, and
is now leaked into the core codebase through ESBContractGenerator.
We need to remove this dependency.
