Resolution: Done
Now works with both as4 and as5 deployments but there is one difference due to the scoping
of juddiv3.
as4 deployments have their esb.juddi.xml located in the conf directory whereas as5
deployments have it located in the jbossesb-registry.sar.
Updated in revision 30103.
Make sure juddi works with service bindings
