The message store currently has a DB implementation which use a table and 3 columns (uri key, message, type) which directly reflects the Message types (XML/SERIALIZABLE) that the ESB has support for. Would you have a new Message type? You need to know within the message store that a given message is an undelivered message. Would you require some other columns to support this? A flag, (delivered vs stil to be delivered, etc) ?? Do you want to remove messages that get re-delivered successfully or flag them, etc?
