Well we can make this as complex as we want, but the very basic functionality we'd
need first is a simple dead letter storage. How about adding a deadletter type and simply
storing the message there as it comes in? Since MP1 is coming up I'd be happy with
just that. We can worry about redelivering later (which will another column).
