(trunk) Drools has been upgraded to 5.1.0.CR1. Additionally, our usage of the Rule* API has been changed to use the newer Knowledge* API. The biggeset change of this is the RuleAgent -> KnowledgeAgent switch. Backwards compatability to the old ragent.properties format has been maintained, as under-the-covers it gets transformed to kagent.xml (the drools <change-set/> format). Also note that polling for resource changes is now NOT done on an agent-to-agent basis.
