JIRA issue

As this morning we can't assign any user to a Jira.
(This is due to a typo from my end along with a bug in the JIRA version
that we are using when adding users to the list of 'assignable' people)
I unfortunately can't fix this myself (I hit a NPE exception) and need a
sys admin to fix that for me (So i'm waiting). This is a common issue so
this shouldn't take too long.
Sorry for the inconvenience :-/ I hope this is the only feature affected.
