This class allows you to use an ExoCache based on JBC so it is mandatory
even with tomcat mainly if you intend to setup a cluster. I guess, the jar
exo.kernel.component.ext.cache.impl.jboss.v3-2.2.0-GA.jar" has not been
deployed in your tomcat instance
