[gatein-dev] gatein_resources_1_3.xsd not published but used

gatein_resources_1_3.xsd is not published under
http://www.gatein.org/xml/ns/ although it is used extensively in GateIn
tree. See http://www.gatein.org/xml/ns/
I Created https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GTNPORTAL-3059 to track it.
Is there a reason against publishing it? - I could publish it if I get
the relevant blessing.
