About the fix in gatein-pc, I just sent a new PR including the Adam's fix
and junit testcase
https://github.com/gatein/gatein-pc/pull/11.
It also fixed another problem that all previously set render parameters are
NOT cleared.
I'm going to check the issue on portal side as I still have a small problem
with Portlet maximization (I commentted the usecase on the JIRA issue). I
also believe that we could get rid of maintaining a maximized component in
two places UIPage and UIPageBody.
