the error is due to a use of addConfig plugin,
and I just described the way how it occurs with thoughts what may
happens inside.
why it's only a Oracle10 problem it's still not clear.
as from the JCR logic all steps are valid and should works for the moment.
it will help if you'll send me your Oracle
tablespace/database/schema/user/rights script,
I'll be able to setup similar env on my side.
there is script to create initial schema in oracle10 DB:
