indeed this is correct it should be done with a getPortal(String name) /
Collection<Portal> getPortals() from your entry point of the API (something like
GateIn object of Matt).
Basically what we aim to do is an API that expose this data structure:

Unless I am mistaken, and Matt can prove me wrong on this, Matt didn't address this
use case. Everything in Matt's version is scoped to the current portal, not portal
container.
