We want to port the jQuery example also, the API one also deserve more
exposure, resource serving should also be good.
We may add the very nice Sudoku portlet contributed yesterday if we can
make it follow best practices. (Using jQuery):

decide if it can be shown as best practice), it's more that a quickstart.
An example showing Organization API would also be welcome.
Later we plan to make some of them as Maven archetypes (and actually
reverse things and make the examples automatically built from Maven
archetypes).
Later when we will add more public APIs, the BOM will start to have more
value.
