Hi Guys,
I've seen several commits without any link to a specific JIRA in the EXOJCR
project, it is an eXo mandatory rule that applies to all exo developers so
it should apply to you too. So please avoid it in the future, since it is
hard for us to understand what you did and for what purpose without any
trace such as a JIRA. Moreover, we won't be able to retrieve easily what it
has been done in a given release of JCR without this.

While we are in the rules, please do not use "Affect versions" with a
unreleased version.
Do not use "Affect versions" if you haven't tested against a tagged
release.
That way we can have relevant JIRA reports

The main issue is that eXo Core does not compile, and fixing it requires
to understand what has been done.
Here it seem necessary that kernel, core, ws, jcr depends from SNAPSHOTs
of each others the time to stabilize and do the tag.
