NotAllowedExceptionMapper wrongly ported to JAX-RS 1.1
Previous version of RestEasy has not Status#NOT_ALLOWED constant. But
NotAllowedExceptionMapper should not use the BAD_REQUEST status.
Also, I had left some error text comparisons.
