svn rev105 now uses the calltime data exposed by the rhq server's comm mbean as an
operation result (same way we do it for hibernate). would be nice to also expose these as
true calltime data so we can see it in our bar charts.

we expose this data in the same way we expose hibernate query stats, so at least we're
consistent. our call data that we capture includes more than just min/max/avg (it has
"success" and "failure" counts too) so it don't completely fit in
the true calltime model. gonna leave it as-is, as an operation result.

http://jira.rhq-project.org/browse/RHQ-1234 introduced more fine-grained metrics - svn rev
115 updates the server plugin code to use those new data. it now will be able to show you
how many messages were dropped/notprocessed/failed/succeeded as opposed to just
failed/succeeded.
