Resolution: Done
This issue is resolved in EWS 1.0.0.CR3. Although, CR4 is available and should be used
for validation. Also, see JBNADM-3630 for my associated doc updates for all of response
time section in the 2.2 docs.

<filter-mapping/> section
Only enabling the <filter> section and restarting TC results in a unusable server
