That is not relative to AS config. set. Today the field "Deploy Directory" accept only a path relative to AS config. (field description: "Path to deploy the file. This must be a path relative to the AS configuration set in use.") This is necessary to deploy resource on shared directories. In environments with "n" JBoss instances sharing the same resources deployed on the same directory (e.g /java/cluster-deploy/MyApps.WAR).
