Andrew Rubinger resolved SHRINKWRAP-356.
----------------------------------------
Resolution: Won't Fix
The Maven Eclipse plugin "mvn eclipse:eclipse" is no longer supported by
Sonatype or
Eclipse.org. m2e is the only upstream support for Eclipse now.
Alter maven config and/or directory names to help with mvn
eclipse:eclipse
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Key: SHRINKWRAP-356
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/SHRINKWRAP-356
Project: ShrinkWrap
Issue Type: Task
Environment: maven eclipse with eclipse:eclipse plugin
Reporter: Eric Lefevre-Ardant
Priority: Minor
I prefer not to use the m2e plugin to work under Eclipse.
My preference goes to running "mvn eclipse:eclipse".
A problem is that eclipse:eclipse is a bit limited and assumes that the name of the
directories are the names of the modules. That is not the case for the "api" and
"spi" modules, so some manual fixing is required under Eclipse.
It would be nice to get rid of this manual fix.
