[bv-dev] Proposal for method validation on beanvalidation.org

Hi Emmanuel,

many thanks for your feedback.

I've added some comments to your commit via Github. I thought that
might be easier than discussing within the actual document itself,
though I'm still not sure what's the best approach. I guess we'll see
what works out best.
