[forge-dev] inspiration for forge, possible point of integration

When you think of what Forge could achieve, you have to think big. Right
now, many of the Forge plugins are focused on seeding and incrementally
enhancing a project, which is definitely a gap that needed filling. As
those plugins mature, or contributors get interested in getting Forge to do
new tricks, you should think about what tasks you think are hard, and then
try to encapsulate those tasks into a set of commands.

That's essentially what juju does, the devops tooling that Ubuntu just
launched. Check it out the keynote for some inspiration:

Perhaps Forge could handle tasks such as those demonstrated one day.
Perhaps Forge can use juju. Who knows.
