Right, we need to adjust the OSGi configuration. At the very least {{org.hibernate.validator.cfg}} and {{org.hibernate.validator.cfg.defs}} needs to be added. Probably a good idea to double check the rest of the configuration.
The OSGi configuration and the assembly (slightly unrelated) with its dependency sets are really a pain to maintain, because they rely on the fact that you remember to check and update them. Partly this is not avoidable I think and partly the maven plugins are failing us.
