Here is the mail.properties file contents
 
mail.transport.protocol=smtps
mail.host=mailhost.tifr.res.in
mail.port=25
mail.smtps.starttls.enable=true
mail.smtps.auth=true
mailto:mail.user=xxxxxxx95 at tifr.res.in
mail.password=yyyyyyyyyy

mail.debug=true
