[jbossdeveloper] Maven Configuration - preferred method

A correction:

They were released here: 
https://repository.jboss.org/nexus/content/groups/public/org/jboss/archetype/eap/

I'll check why they haven't become available and why the tag isn't at 
the github.

I'll also resend the email with the Thread where it was discussed.
