I am now in the process of adding the dependencies listed in:
"Other reqs listed on this page: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/requirements/"

Beginning with the Helios update site (http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/requirements/helios) I receive this error:
The following software cannot be installed because it is intended for use only in Plug-in Development Environment (PDE) target platforms. Please deselect these items and retry the operation.
  EMF RAP Target Components 2.6.0.v20100614-1136 (org.eclipse.emf.rap.sdk.feature.group 2.6.0.v20100614-1136)
  If provisioning a target platform then try disabling the option 'Include required software'

When I deselect EMF RAP Target Components, and try agin, I receive this error:
The following software cannot be installed because it is intended for use only in Plug-in Development Environment (PDE) target platforms. Please deselect these items and retry the operation.
  Rich Ajax Platform (RAP) Target Components 1.3.0.20100615-1704 (org.eclipse.rap.runtime.sdk.feature.group 1.3.0.20100615-1704)
