One more thing:

  Also, test WITHOUT this patch the following usecases:

1)  File -> New -> Server,  next, next,  Download and install runtime   

 If the above works WITHOUT my patch, then continue to test as follows:

2)  try to click another hyperlink in the Download Runtimes dialog.  I somehow expect these links to fail if you can get this far.  

Then, also test the above AFTER the patch and verify that's been fixed ;)
