[keycloak-user] Script authenticators via UI?

Hello Craig,

Just tried this with Keycloak 4.8.1:

bin/standalone.sh -Dkeycloak.profile.feature.scripts=enabled

and I was able to see Script in the executions dropdown list again (between OTP and OTP Form).
