[gatein-dev] Correct XSD schema declaration

Hello, There is an issue to correct the XSD schema declaration in all web.xml files in GateIn, to follow up the Servlet API spec AND to make it compatible with Servlet 3.0 https://issues.jboss.org/browse/GTNPORTAL-2976.
