add single dependencies from the project instead of full build output import.

ShrinkWrap Resolver was designed to support multiple dependency management/build systems.
It seems that there are already people using Gradle wanting to use ShrinkWrap. API seems
much more friendly than Aether ;) and probably even supports build in 'build'
feature.
