Easy way to determine coverage:
Install Cobertura plugin for Eclipse. Then:
Coverage As > JUnit on NodeTestCase.
Right now I see missing coverage on:
textValue
toString
remove* methods
getAttributes (also check for immutability)
getChildren (also check for immutability)
Precondition checks in the ctors
