Does anyone have an objection to letting the jar files in WEB-INF/lib
lose their version numbers? I won't bore you with the details of why I
want to do this, but it makes it much simpler to deal with automatically
replacing the account and login SPI jars:

that refers to latest version.
They're just tied to a specific release, but that's going to be the case with or
without a version in there.
We can easily do this with the Maven WAR plugin.

@{artifactId}@.@{extension}@ pattern?
