Basically its the same screens as Application minus "roles",
"installation", and "sessions".

Admin console right?
Would be cool to let end-users create oauth clients (like Google, Facebook, etc.), but I
think that's for post-M1?

+1. That was the hope. But I think we need to wait for post-M1. Given
all the external forces in play at the moment, we really need to put out
a release and do some internal marketing.
