31/12/2016 Tomcat 6 will be EOL (
https://tomcat.apache.org/tomcat-60-eol.html).
What should happen for the adapter ? Maybe we could consider dropping it
for KC 2.3 ?

to 'Next' please.

I want download numbers on Tomcat 6. If they are solid, then IMO, we
keep it. Doesn't matter if Tomcat 6 is EOL. People will probably still
be using it. If you look at the adapters there is not much difference
between Tomcat 6 and Tomcat 8.

4 people downloaded 2.2.1 from the website. We don't yet have maven stats.
So there's someone using it.
Let's just keep it around for now until there's no downloads or there's
some overhead of maintaining it.
