For the demo customer-portal app, I added a "acct mgmt" link to the acct svc. Problem is, once yu get to the acct mgmt page, there's no way to go back except by the browser back button. SHould we add a "back" link populated with the HTTP-REFERER header? Also, google acct management page has an icon that allows you to navigate to any other google app. Should probably have the same thing on the acct page. Added back to application link to account management pages. It requires the base url to be set, also the base url has to be a prefix of the Referer header.
