Patching issues after a release and for a single database is very
complicated. We spent a fair amount of time on DB2 issues, while other DBs
where much more straightforward.
As such I would highly recommend using one of the supported DBs instead.
We'll also not do additional releases to patch DB2 issues so you would have
to wait until next release, which again could bring other issues. So you'd
end up having to monitor master to make sure no breaking changes for DB2
are introduced and quickly resolve them prior to any release.
For these reasons I'm not in favour of accepting any issues for DB2 I'm
afraid.
