Following Stackoverflow issue [https://stackoverflow.com/a/70856666/1081036]
I believe jackson dependencies should be updated to follow the latest
2.13.x release train.
Part of the new 2.13.x release is this change [

which obsoletes the use of "-jakarta" classifiers.
This creates friction with Spring Boot projects. Spring boot already
updated to 2.13.1 and this change breaks builds because "-jakarta"
artifacts do not exits.
Could not find jackson-jaxrs-base-2.13.1-jakarta.jar
