It's more determined, at least currently, on the Jakarta REST specification
version. For example RESTEasy 6.0.x is based on Jakarta REST 3.0. RESTEasy
6.1 is based on Jakarta REST 3.1. For Jakarta REST 4.0 we will likely jump
to RESTEasy 7.0 as you suggest above. If Jakarta EE 11 would include
Jakarta REST 4.1, I would say we'd do a RESTEasy 7.1 instead of 8.0.
