Setting up resteasy Microprofile TCK to run Jetty server question

The Microprofile-rest-client 2.0 TCK requires a running Jetty server in addition to running the (resteasy) container being tested. Does any one have knowledge about how to set up test env like this? The TCK testsuite is using Arquillian, (org.jboss.arquillian.testng:arquillian-testng-container:1.1.13.Final)

When is 3.14 release planned?

I made submitted a PR into this branch about a month ago and it has been merged, but there is no release so far Is there a release schedule or releases are made on-demand?
