[resteasy-dev] Vert.x server adapter

Hi, here is a contribution for Resteasy to provide an integration with Vert.x [1] It provides a server adapter, allowing to create a Vert.x server. It also provides an handler for creating a Jax-RS controller in an existing Vert.x application [2]. I will provide soon a pull request as it needs some cleanup and adapt to Resteasy coding conventions. if some of you can provide feedback, it would be great.
