Closes #2; changed padding and margins in a few places to ensure that spacing and blocks
of text aren't jumping and down too much between breakpoints. Also put the
<footer> element inside of the last .page-section <div> as that seems to
prevent the text at the bottom of some pages from getting cutoff when the window is
resized. Closes #11; I couldn't think of much else to try here other than detecting
and (attempting) a removal of right padding when it is detected. Closes #10
