To know what it looks like on ipad, got to applications screen and
shorten the width of the browser until you see the left menu on top of
the application list.

Login form should work well, if it doesn't let me know and I'll look into it.
Admin console and account management needs some love, especially with regards to mobile.
PatternFly/RCUE does this better than we do atm, so re-aligning with them should do the
trick, which we need to do any ways.
